Possible Worlds
Carl Sagan famously speculated about the possibility of worlds and lifeforms - intelligent or not - that may exist in the Universe.
Alien landscapes, structures, atmospheres and colours - for the most part incomprehensible to humans - are vividly depicted in this short creative film.
Originally screened at the 2016 Latino DomeFest held at the Medellin Planetarium in Colombia. Note: playback is choppy in places, and this is inherent in the original film.
The opening quote in English:
"The Cosmos is all that is or was or ever will be. Our feeblest contemplations of the Cosmos stir us - there is a tingling in the spine, a catch in the voice, a faint sensation, as if a distant memory, of falling from a height. We know we are approaching the greatest of mysteries" - Carl Sagan
